Grants & Awards
- School Garden Mini-Grants
Deadline: December 15th
Sometimes getting kids outdoors means visiting your own school's back yard, or playground. If you are an accredited school or day care program in Marin County and have dreamed of
starting a garden (vegetable, butterfly, flowers) you can now apply to EECOM for a mini-grant to get started. Mini-grants cover things like, seeds, soil, gardening tools, and
other direct garden costs.
- Field Trip Mini-Grants
Deadline: None
These EECOM mini-grants are available to schools, non-profits and agencies, to help
bring children into nature. These funds can be used for transportation, park fees, outdoor
equipment/supplies, and even food for outdoor excursions.
